Support rules

Here are some rules on the support board. The standard rules also apply here

Support Requesters

• Please provide a url to your board.
  
• Describe your problem as detail as you can and what you already have tried.
  
• Do not ask for support regarding server issues or why your board has been deleted or if it can be restored. For those things, you'll need a PB admin.
  
• Please have your board viewable for guests.
  
• Do not give someone a position on your board when that person is asking for.
  

Other members that like to help

• You are allowed to help someone, only if you can really help that person.
  
• If you are the first one to reply, always quote the first post.
  
• Remember, you are not a moderator, so don't act like one.
  
• Try to be as helpful as you can.
