If you need help, there are two things you can do.
One thing is clicking the help button in the menu. This will bring you to the proboards help page, where you can find information on how to do certain things like posting and changing your profile. It is shown to you via a movie with explaining text in it.
The second thing you can do is to post in the Support board on the main page. When you do, a member or staff member will try to help you with your problem. We'll then do everything to get your problem solved if possible.
